Subracer

This is simple subtitles editor for standard video formats. It is using libmpv-2.dll for decoding video. For now we only export to srt file.
Automatic transcription works but is not tuned best. But they work good as a initial subs that you can manually correct.

Controlls:
(+) Button under `start` and `end` timestamp in subtitle editor box is for setting the timestamp to the time of the video player.
So you can:

1. Choose subtitle
2. Go to point where subtitle should start/end
3. Press (+) button to set subtitle start/end timestamp

- option to export with burn-in the subtitles
